Taichong Acupressure Point

Actions of the point – Relieves anger and stress, helps to rid any blockages on all levels emotional, physically and spiritually, smooths the flow of blood, regulates cycle, helps ovulation, helps the liver.

Taichong is on the Liver Channel.

Location of point Taichong - on the top of your foot, put your finger on the web between your big toe and the first toe, run your finger back towards the ankle at the joint between the two bones is the acupressure point.

When and where - Hold this point everyday morning, lunch, evening and just before sleeping, for 60 seconds.



Foods you should be eating

 Apple Cider Vinegar

A great way to cleanse the system is, In a glass of water at room temperature add one teaspoon of cider vinegar and my teaspoon of honey with a squeeze of lemon optional, this will help detox your system and rid any stagnation to your liver.
